How these are computed

Eclipse times from the Swiss Ephemeris; lunar contacts with the shadow Indian almanacs use. A penumbral lunar eclipse is listed but not observed: no sutak, no rituals. Sutak counts whole prahars before the local start: four for a solar eclipse, three for a lunar one, and ends at moksha. Times are IST for New Delhi.
