1. About us
“Jyotish Jagat”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to the operators of the platform, based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. “You” and “your” refer to the user accessing the service.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or make a purchase.
- You must provide accurate information when registering and when entering birth details.
- You agree to keep your login credentials confidential and to notify us promptly of any suspected unauthorised use.
3. The service
Jyotish Jagat provides Vedic astrology calculations, AI-assisted interpretations, kundli matchmaking, transit reports, remedy suggestions, and a shop for related products such as gemstones, rudraksha, yantras and malas.
Astrology is for guidance and entertainment. Reports, predictions, and remedies generated by Jyotish Jagat are based on traditional Vedic methods combined with modern computational and AI techniques. They are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, psychological, or relationship advice. Please consult qualified professionals for decisions in those domains.
4. Account & security
- We use passwordless authentication via a one-time code sent to your registered email.
- You are responsible for the security of the email account associated with Jyotish Jagat.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, or that we reasonably believe are involved in fraud or abuse.
5. Pricing & payments
- All prices on the platform are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. GST is included where applicable.
- Payments are processed by Razorpay Software Pvt. Ltd. By making a purchase you also agree to Razorpay’s applicable terms.
- An order is confirmed only after the payment is successfully captured.
- We reserve the right to change pricing for new orders at any time. Confirmed orders will not be repriced.
6. Digital reports
AI-generated reports (Full Kundli Report, Annual Prediction, Micro Question, etc.) are delivered to your dashboard and/or email within the timeframe shown at the point of purchase. Refund eligibility for digital reports is governed by our Refund Policy.
7. Astro Shop — physical products
- Product images on the shop are representative; natural variations in colour, weight, and grain are normal for gemstones and rudraksha.
- Lab-certified gemstones are accompanied by the certifying lab’s report.
- Shipping is free within India for orders above ₹1,000; otherwise standard shipping rates apply at checkout. International shipping availability is shown at checkout.
- Risk and title pass to you on delivery.
- Returns and refunds for physical products are governed by our Refund Policy.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any Indian law.
- Attempt to access another user’s account or data.
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems without prior written consent.
- Interfere with or disrupt the service, servers, or networks (including by automated scraping that creates a disproportionate load).
- Reproduce, copy, sell, or commercially exploit any portion of the service without our written permission.
- Submit false birth details with the intent of defrauding others (e.g. for matchmaking).
9. Intellectual property
All content on the platform — including text, code, designs, the Jyotish Jagat name and logo, AI-generated reports addressed to you, blog articles, and product photography — is owned by Jyotish Jagat or licensed to us, and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws. The reports we deliver to you are licensed for your personal, non-commercial use.
10. Third-party services
We use Razorpay for payments, Anthropic and OpenAI for AI generation, and Nominatim/OpenStreetMap for place geocoding. Their services are subject to their own terms.
11. Disclaimers
Astrological calculations rely on Swiss Ephemeris and are computed with high numerical precision. However, the interpretations presented are inherently probabilistic. We do not guarantee any specific outcome from following any prediction, remedy, or guidance.
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with the service shall not exceed the amount you have paid to Jyotish Jagat in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, damage, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the service.
14. Termination
You may delete your account at any time by writing to us. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, with notice where reasonable.
15. Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service.
16. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above always reflects the current version. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
