Panchaka Rahita
Panchaka rahita muhurta adds the tithi, weekday, nakshatra and lagna and divides by nine. A remainder of 1, 2, 4, 6 or 8 gives Mrityu, Agni, Raja, Chora or Roga panchaka, to be avoided; any other remainder is good. South Indian almanacs use it to fine-tune a muhurta.
