Do Ghati Muhurat
The day from sunrise to sunset and the night from sunset to the next sunrise are each fifteen muhurtas of two ghatis (about 48 minutes). Each muhurta has its own deity; the eighth of the day is Abhijit and the fourteenth of the night is Brahma muhurta.
