Questions · प्रश्न
How many Pradosh Vrat dates are there in 2020?
25: the first is Budh Pradosh on Wednesday, 8 January 2020, the last Ravi Pradosh on 27 December 2020.
2020 में कितनी प्रदोष व्रत हैं?
25 — पहली बुध प्रदोष (8 जनवरी 2020), अंतिम रवि प्रदोष (27 दिसंबर 2020)।
Why can the Pradosh Vrat date differ between cities?
A Hindu day runs from one sunrise to the next, and the tithi at sunrise (or at moonrise, pradosh or the ingress, as the vrat needs) names the day. Sunrise differs by place, so a city far from Delhi can keep the vrat a day apart; the month calendar gives your city's dates.
