Questions · प्रश्न
How many Pradosh Vrat dates are there in 2024?
25: the first is Bhaum Pradosh on Tuesday, 9 January 2024, the last Shani Pradosh on 28 December 2024.
2024 में कितनी प्रदोष व्रत हैं?
25 — पहली भौम प्रदोष (9 जनवरी 2024), अंतिम शनि प्रदोष (28 दिसंबर 2024)।
Why can the Pradosh Vrat date differ between cities?
A Hindu day runs from one sunrise to the next, and the tithi at sunrise (or at moonrise, pradosh or the ingress, as the vrat needs) names the day. Sunrise differs by place, so a city far from Delhi can keep the vrat a day apart; the month calendar gives your city's dates.
